G Suite Pricing: What Your Business Can Expect to Pay

Updated: January 16, 2019

G Suite PricingThe current G Suite pricing is different than it was when G Suite was known as Google Apps for Work.

Prior to December 6, 2012, Google offered a free business version of Google Apps. Businesses that signed up for that version are grandfathered at no cost for up to 10 users.

Google still offers free versions of G Suite to qualified educational and government institutions as well as to qualified nonprofit organizations.

For businesses, G Suite does come at a cost.

Under the Flexible Plan, businesses can pay month to month with no contract. Under the Annual Plan, a business is committing to a one year contract, which effectively saves two months worth of payments. Under the Annual Plan, payments are still made monthly.

G Suite Pricing – United States & Canada

G Suite Basic – $5.00 per user per month

Update: Starting on April 2, 2019, G Suite Basic Edition will increase by $1 (from $5.00 to $6.00 per user/month). If you subscribe to the Annual Plan before April 2, you can lock in the current pricing until your renewal date.

The default Google Drive storage per user is 30GB.

Any G Suite user can be assigned an additional storage license by a G Suite administrator. Additional storage is available in increments of 100 GB, 1 TB, 2TB, 10 TB, 20 TB and 30 TB. The cost of an additional storage license ranges from $1.99 per month for 100 GB all the way up to $299 per month for 30 TB.

  1. we are going to implement G Suite for our company from one of the Google premium partner in India, they said they will implement the whole things on their own. My question is can I ask them the free trial for 14 days before my billing cycle starts ?
